We even saw dolphins live while snorkeling off the marina! A once in a lifetime experience. Service is next level, especially from Haitham, Hamdy, Islam, and Elsayed. You all made our trip so special.

They go above and beyond. No matter what we asked them for they would definitely try to make it happen. From drinks to food. - Location was great and offers so many activities. We were also lucky with the weather and we could enjoy staying at the beach or the pool.

We stayed here for one week and had an incredible time. We came from New York, and have traveled to many many different resorts all over the world including the Carribean, and Europe. This resort was really beautiful and service was amazing. We really enjoyed the food but the buffet options were top notch. Special shoutout to Mohamed Ousha from the Anchor restaurant. He was attentive, polite, had a great sense of humor and continuously checked in on us. Also Sherif (Luxor) from the Coral Restaurant. He provided a great service and was really kind and wonderful. Shoutout to the entertainment team they were really great. My kids really loved Khalid, Alex and Ameera for their positive attitudes. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was immaculate and kept clean throughout the entire time. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a relaxing time with wonderful service and great food.

Facing the beachfront, Jaz Maraya Family Resort offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. Breakfast was terrific, pools, drinks and customer service was amazing

Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

يقع Gemma Resort على طول شاطئه الخاص، ويوفر إطلالات على البحر الأحمر، كما يحتوي على مسابح داخلية وخارجية ومركز عافية، ويتوفر أيضاً العديد من المطاعم والبارات، فيما يوفر هذا المنتجع خدمة الواي فاي... Great experience. Food is superior compared to what we've seen on other hotels at Red Sea: variety of Italian food. The apartment was large, clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly and helpful, do not try to charge your for anything additionally. Animation and facilities are also nice. Its interesting that majority of guests are Italian, together with Italian food and the staff who also speak Italian, feels like a small Italy. All in all - highly recommended.
