The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. Thanks a lot to Mr shereef in the reception, he was so kind, helpful and always smiling which made him very different from his other colleges who were professional but not kind as he was. Also I would like to mention the kind Mrs Asma who is the door lady for her helpfulness and kindness and she was always smiling.

Situated in the heart of Cairo lies the iconic Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo, situated between the Nile river, Tahrir square and adjacent to the Egyptian Museum. Everything about our stay was incredible. We were picked up from the airport in a Mercedes E-Class, setting the tone for a true 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. We were given a personal tour of the property while our luggage was taken straight to our room. When we walked in, the view took our breath away—absolutely 10/10. The room itself was beautifully furnished with luxurious décor. Our days by the pool were superb. We loved the cocktails, the service, and the relaxing atmosphere. The food throughout our stay was exceptional; every meal made us feel like we were in another world. We honestly didn’t want our stay to end because we enjoyed it so much. We highly recommend staying here—everything was absolutely faultless. Thank you.

L'Al Masa Hotel Nasr City disposa d'una terrassa amb piscina. Està situat a la zona verda de Nasr City i compta amb 5 restaurants i un centre de benestar. The hotel was really beautiful, there are a lot of restaurants and culinary options! The staff is really friendly and helpful, even the tours agents were really nice and helped us booking a tour! It is located outside of Cairo but it’s also really easy to reach every tourist site

Luxurious rooms and suites offer views across the River Nile at Hiton Cairo Grand Nile. The wellness centre also overlooks the Nile and the hotel features 7 restaurants and an outdoor pool. The location is on Nile river, staff were very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Zaki. I had enjoyed the open buffet of breakfast.

Nestled near the Grand Egyptian Museum and overlooking the Great Pyramids of Giza, Marriott Mena House, Cairo is surrounded by 40 acres of lush gardens. The view was perfect. The hotel is upmost luxury, great hospitality, perfect service. The food and the pool was perfect. Seeing pyramids from this angle is fascinating. They provide special entrence for the Pyramids, I highly recommend it especially for old people, it makes things way easier.

Enjoying impressive views of Cairo’s skyline and the Pyramids, The Four Seasons Hotel in Cairo’s Gizah district features a full-service spa and outdoor pool. The Nile River is just 100 metres away. The location is perfect, the hotel staff is super friendly and attentive! The rooms are big and very clean. I checked out of the hotel and forgot a significant amount of money in the safety deposit box. I contacted the property and they were able to locate the money, the staff is honest and I really appreciate them being able to help with the situation. Honestly any other hotel would’ve taken the money, but The Four Seasons showed me honestly and loyalty to their clients. THANK YOU!

L’estada a l’hotel ha estat excel·lent en tots els sentits. Una de les peticions que vam fer va ser disposar de dues habitacions connectades. Inicialment no era possible per la categoria que teníem reservada, però ens van fer un upgrade i ens van oferir dues habitacions comunicades, una d’elles perfectament adaptada per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda, cosa que per a nosaltres era essencial. L’hotel és impecable, molt net, i el personal és absolutament extraordinari: recepció, neteja, restaurants… tothom és extremadament atent, amable i sempre disposat a ajudar. Et fan sentir cuidat en tot moment. És un hotel on realment es descansa. Les piscines són fantàstiques, amb aigua calenta, tant interiors com exteriors, ideals per banyar-se fins i tot a l’hivern. També disposa de dos jacuzzis, un interior i un exterior, que completen una experiència de relax total. L’esmorzar bufet és molt complet i de gran qualitat. Al restaurant, el personal va tenir en tot moment una atenció especial amb la persona amb mobilitat reduïda que ens acompanyava, oferint ajuda sempre que calia. Cal destacar que és un hotel perfectament adaptat per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda. Tots els restaurants i servei d’habitacions molt bons. També és remarcable el nivell de seguretat, tant a l’entrada com dins de l’hotel, amb accessos controlats amb targeta, cosa que aporta molta tranquil·litat. La ubicació és molt bona, ideal per desplaçar-se a les principals atraccions. I les vistes són espectaculars: tant les habitacions amb vistes al Nil com les que donen a la ciutat són precioses. Des de l’habitació es pot veure fins i tot una mesquita del Caire, cosa que fa que les vistes urbanes siguin realment especials. En resum, és un hotel per gaudir-lo al màxim, molt recomanable i amb una atenció excel·lent.
