The location is excellent - on a central street, within walking distance if everything, including the fantastic Christmas markets! Although in a busy area, the soundproofing is great, so we found it very quiet once inside. Staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived early, so we’re able to store our luggage while we explored some of the city. After returning, we found our luggage had been taken to our apartment for us. The decoration and facilities are superb. Very cosy inside. It’s also a short walk to the main train staition (we visited Bamberg one afternoon) and the nearest underground station is closer station (visited Fürth Christmas markets and old town using the U-Bahn). All in all a great stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by wide tea and coffee options, as well as by welcome drinks prepared for us. The location is perfect- it is not far from city centre, but it is 100 percent calm, absolutely any noise around.
