The apartment was beautiful, the kitchen was very well equipped. Very close to all attractions but still in a quiet environment. The kids were happy with the Nintendo :)

She managed to communicate all the necessary information about the apartment and area to us despite us not being able to speak a word of Austrian. Her son was on hand if needed as he spoke good English. She even gave us a parting gift of some local delicacies.

Plenty of space for our family of five. It was very homey, clean and had board games/activities for the kids to do. For those that travel with public transportation, Ursula has printed off copies of public transport cards that you can use.
