Host was really clear in the instructions and willing to help with anything we needed. The house is really spacious and clearly well taken care of. The hot tub is a nice touch. The shower was perfect. We want to mention how grateful we are for the flexibility of our host, with a special request of ours... It really helped us out when we needed it. Would recommend this place to stay at. Kitchen well equipped, coffee machine was nice, fridge was nice and big.

We were greeted with fruit, cookies, and Madeira wine. There is a bus stop very close to the accommodation that made it very easy to get to and from Funchal. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 2 nights in polar house (orange room). Check in and out was easy, communicated to the host and she replied very quickly with picture instructions. Everything was very clean and comfortable for 2 people. We had a nice view over the harbour. Free parking right across the road. Short walk down to the beach, a few dinner places and cafes plus small super market all within 3-4 min walk. A nice location for access to both north and south attractions on the island!
