The architecture of this place is mind-blowing, the rooms are very pretty, the pools are clean and offerring a pleasant swim, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff is really nice. The fact that the hotel is right by the beach and that you can lie on the beach and go swim in the pool at the same time sets this hotel apart from most hotels in the Rethymno city. Another great thing about the location of the hotel is that you can walk to the nearby tavernas for lunch or dinner or to the city centre (it's a 35-minutes walk to the old town). We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. We also liked the "adults-only" atmosphere - it was very peaceful at the pools and the beach. The hotel and the whole city also feels very safe and there is nobody who would disturb you at the beach (as it is common on some other touristic places).

This hotel is a jewel - one of the best hotels that we have visited so far. Almost everything has been taken care to perfection. New hotel, nicely designed rooms, great food, amazing staff, good location. We always go in five star hotels, but this one is one the upper class if the five star hotels.

We had been searching for years to find a place like this, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. The entire staff provided excellent service with genuine kindness and professionalism, making us feel welcome at every moment. The resort is spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and everything is very well maintained. The prices are also surprisingly reasonable for the level of quality and comfort offered. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of value, hospitality, and beauty all in one place. We left with the best impressions and unforgettable memories. The suite itself, the location, the beaches and the friendly staff especially the young female receptionist. Breakfast was so nice too. Second time visiting, will be back again.
