It close to many amenities such as food, massage parlours and malls. Closest mall is the grand Batam mall which is great for shops, food and entertainment. It is also super convenient for taking grab taxis. Property is extremely well maintained and staff is very polite. Room was very clean and tidy. Tolietries are included such as soap, toothbrushes etc It was a great experience and I would happily stay at ARTOTEL again

The check-inn was smooth. I had to pay for early check-inn (not much tbh) the guy at the reception i am not sure if it was Agus sorry i forgot his name, he was great. Honestly, this place is underrated. They serve nice breakfast and the people are very nice! Will choose this hotel again for my next visit.
