I have enjoyed my stay and it was really awesome hotel with very friendly staff and great location. Breakfast was very delicious and atmosphere in every corner of hotel was breathtaking. This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Offering a spa centre and ski-to-door access, this non-alcoholic hotel is located in Uludag. There is a ski storage and games room on site. Situated near forests on the slopes of the Uludağ, Kaya Uludag is located 22 km from Bursa. Ski slopes are located 10 metres from the property. We had a fantastic and memorable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. A special thanks to Serkan Bey for his exceptional hospitality—it truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the drinks were of excellent quality—definitely a highlight! The pool was warm and very relaxing, and the spa was just what we needed after a long day. Everything about our stay was amazing, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel put into making it such a special experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway.

Era comfortable room, comfy bed, great shower. Breakfast with plenty of options. Very good value for money.
