The hotel itself is very clean, big and beautiful. The outdoor swimming pool is not so big but very good with wonderful view. The gym is not big too but very good. Both swimming pool and gym were empty every time I came there. The staff is very professional and friendly, customer oriented. Every person strive to resolve any request promptly. The transfer to the Al Khan beach is provided at 10:00 and back to the hotel at 13:00. There are a lot of supermarkets and not expensive restaurants around the hotel. We used to have a dinner and suffer at the Syrian restaurant in front of the hotel across the via Al Taawun - Khubz & Meleh Restaurant - the food there is very delicious and affordable, the staff is the best one.

I definitely got value for my money staying at Crystal. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. Check-in was super easy all over the process was smooth. plenty of parking space. The rooms were clean, but can be better. The hotel and the decor is a bit old-fashioned, but that did not bother us at all. We liked it very much for one day

We had a great stay at this hotel, and we especially want to thank Regine at the front desk. She is by far the best receptionist we’ve ever met – always smiling, kind, and truly attentive. Lay out of the pool gives privacy as well. Breakfast: Though breakfast was not included in the booking, price charged was comparatively low and my daughter was not charged as well (age 10). There was wide variety of options for the breakfast and staffs were very polite.

    Well starting from the check-in process it was a smooth experience it was done really quickly and then the breakfast part that I enjoyed most.     We didn't do much as this was a break on a trip back from Australia just to chill out. But if you want a quiet holiday this is the place nand if you want to visit the big shopping malls in Sharjah and Dubai the hotel offered free shuttle buses to both

    Umm Al Quwain is a very quite and peaceful emirate. Its a perfect place to take a break from the busy life of the city. We visited mall of UAQ. The lulu hypermarket there will cater to all our needs. We mainly ate at the restaurants in the hotel itself, Backwaters (Keralite) and Bavaria (German). Good food and reasonably priced.

    A great place to visit specially when it comes to food, shopping and visiting places of interest. A very nice less crowded and very advance and clean airport. I would definitely visit again with more time to spare. All the shops, malls and amenities are close by. You can walk along the streets to visit these places. Very homely feel. Excellent road infrastructure connecting major roads and motorways. Amazing food options and restaurants and cafes everywhere.

    Nice and peaceful city, has everything as per necessities. Loved the sea, they have Starbucks, Hardees, KFC, McDonald's etc, what else could you wish for. Definitely, a great place to visit and Flamingo Beach & Resort is highly recommended. You can go for swimming by the sea, crab hunting, fishing, boating, jet ski or lay down by the sea and bathe in the sun. Amazing experience!
